Job Objective
Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope and quality
System integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives.
Analyze new user/solution requirements to develop solutions that align with requirements
Implement new solutions using the concept of shared infrastructure services to minimze capital expenditure and optimize transaction cost for new business initiatives.
Technical and Administrative support to Staff and Banks
System Operations Support to internal and external customers
Agency transaction monitoring from time to time
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical integration support across the organizations products to enterprise partners.
Perform detailed analysis of partner needs and capabilities and perform fit-for-purpose solutions.
Review partner connection protocol architecture and harness insights for improvements to existing customer.
Provide technical project management on assigned integration projects from inception to launch.
Provide oversight for client's eimplementers and User Experience Engineers to ensure adherence to approved product design.
Conduct User Acceptance testing and other functional testing.
Create and maintain up to date Test scripts for new projects according to the business requirements
Design, document, and maintain system processes.
Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers, and then follow-up on all results.
Ensuring that the milestones and deliverables on the project plans are met and are on the appropriate quality before being made externally available.
Up-to-date research on the latest technologies and solutions applicable to company products
Key Performance Indicators
90% Project Implementation within schedule, cost and scope
85% External Customer satisfaction (based on Customer ratings)
Successful documentation of Support Register and Issue logs
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Innovation, Technology, or related field; Master's Degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage
Others:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable
Experience:
Minimum 5years' experience post NYSC experience
Knowledge:
E-payment industry knowledge
Technical knowledge in Information Technology
