Responsibilties
Approve loan applications within specified approval limits and refer applications outside approved limits to management for further approval.
Meet with loan applicants to obtain required information and respond to inquiries regarding the loan application process.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit history, and collateral/property valuations to determine loan feasibility.
Explain available loan products, credit options, and applicable terms and conditions to customers.
Obtain, verify, and compile loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial documentation.
Review, update, and maintain accurate credit and loan files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Provide periodic reports on loan portfolio performance as required.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
