In this role you will be responsible for:


Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate and efficient verification, preparation and submission of all payroll documentation.
Conduct effective recruitment and selection.
Good knowledge on time and attendance
Handle death claims, disability claims, injury on duty claims, retirements, funeral claims and withdrawals and process the relevant documents accordingly.
Ensure sufficient employee relations with own team members, line managers and employees.
Supervise team and manage their performance.
Ensure all HR activities comply with the relevant legislation.
Ensure sound labor relations throughout the unit through proactive engagement with the workforce.
