Business & Personal Banking Officer at a Microfinance Bank - Business & Personal Banking Officer

We are seeking a results-driven Business & Personal Banking Officer to drive deposit mobilization, acquire and manage individual, SME, and corporate clients, promote the Bank's products, and facilitate quality loan opportunities. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about business development and relationship management.

Requirements:


B.Sc./HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in deposit mobilization, business banking, relationship management, or sales within a financial institution.
Proven experience in deposit mobilization, SME/business banking, and credit marketing.
Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of banking products, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Computer proficient, analytical, and able to consistently achieve business and revenue targets.
