Role Summary


We are looking for a proactive Business Support Associate to support our client acquisition efforts while managing and growing our professional community.
This is a hybrid role combining sales support, community engagement, and basic operational support. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, organized, and able to take initiative.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Support:


Make cold calls and outreach to potential clients (pharmacies and healthcare businesses)
Engage leads from marketing campaigns and social media
Clearly communicate our services and respond to inquiries
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
Provide feedback from client interactions to improve marketing efforts


Community Management (Core Responsibility):


Manage and grow the company's WhatsApp community
Drive consistent engagement (posts, conversations, updates)
Respond to inquiries and maintain an active, valuable community
Support the creation and engagement of new communities where necessary


Operations & Recruitment Support:


Post and update job openings on the company website
Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups
Support the recruitment team with simple coordination tasks when needed


Key Requirements


Preferrably NYSC Corper
1 - 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, and written)
Comfortable with client outreach and engagement
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Basic digital skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp)
Can be a corper.
