Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence
Ensure members and guests receive courteous, efficient, and professional service.
Address complaints or concerns relating to caddies promptly and effectively.
Competition Management
Assist Golfers to the starting areas, card checking through taking the filled cards to the office for scoring.
Recommend when to schedule training of Caddies on a consistent basis and the areas to be addressed.
Assist with tournament operations as needed
Promote the caddie program to the Club guests, groups, members, and public golfers through phone interaction, email, and face-to-face interaction
Report to the Golf Office any breaches in discipline, conduct or other issues and NOT to confront any unruly person.
Maintain up to date tee sheets both in soft and hard copies as required from time to time and share with the Caddies.
Golf Administration
Through coordination with the Security department, ensure the Club and the National flags are raised up especially during the Seniors' golf events and Corporate ones.
Ensure the car park is adequately attended throughout the day
Serve drinks to Caddies at halfway whenever a Sponsor offers them to the Club.
Ensure all Caddies are appropriately dressed before heading on the Course
Correspondence and Supervision
Maintain Register, monitor attendance and performance of caddies
Record all the contents of the Golf Kit of golfers before and after the golf rounds.
Assign Caddies to players on a first come first serve basis
Any other duty as assigned by the Assistant Golf Administrator
Ensure continuous professional development of self and the caddies to keep up with current industry trends.
Ensure caddies follow proper golf etiquette, dress code, and conduct standards.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate in Sports Administration, hospitality or related course
Certificate in Microsoft Office Applications is an added advantage
Relevant Experience
2-3 years proven experience in Golf operation
Must have been in supervisory role at least for 6 months
Knowledge on golf rules and regulations, etiquette and operations is essential.
