Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Operations
Install, maintain and repair water supply, drainage and sanitation systems.
Repair leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, pumps, valves and piping.
Maintain toilets, kitchens, locker rooms, bars, staff areas and guest facilities.
Ensure proper functioning of water heaters and related systems.
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and water wastage.
Identify aging infrastructure and recommend repairs or replacement.
Emergency Response
Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies (leaks, burst pipes, blockages).
Minimise service disruption to members, guests and operations.
Water Conservation & Cost Control
Identify opportunities for water efficiency and leak reduction.
Support initiatives to reduce water consumption and operating costs.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure plumbing works comply with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain hygienic standards in kitchens, bars and washrooms.
Use PPE and follow safe working procedures.
Reporting & Records
Maintain records of repairs, inspections and materials used.
Report major faults, risks or infrastructure concerns to the Facilities Supervisor.

Trade Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
