Role Overview
The Call Center Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving conversions through excellent communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings
Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication
Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
0 - 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer proficiency.
