Qualifications:
Diploma/degree in HR, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, human resources, or career development.
Demonstrated knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette.
Experience in conducting soft skills training and competency-based assessments. Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
Strong mentorship skills and passion for student development.
