Job Summary
The Carpenter will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing high-quality luxury furniture pieces according to design specifications, ensuring precision, durability, and premium finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Construct and assemble bespoke furniture pieces based on approved designs and drawings.
Interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
Cut, shape, and finish wood and related materials to luxury standards.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Install fittings, veneers, laminates, and decorative finishes.
Conduct repairs and modifications on high-end furniture.
Maintain workshop tools and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in carpentry.
Mandatory experience working with a luxury furniture company.
Strong knowledge of hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and premium finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
