Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality control activities across water production processes
Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives
Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
Oversee physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of water products
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage audits, inspections, and quality documentation
Train and supervise the quality team to maintain high performance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
7 - 8 years experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within water, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and laboratory testing
Experience managing quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
