A leading national property and franchised services group is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of strategic growth and market expansion. This opportunity is suited to a commercially astute executive with a strong blend of operational and sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to scale multi-site or franchise-based businesses.
The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the organisation's strategic vision, driving national growth, and ensuring operational excellence across a distributed network. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, capable of balancing strategic oversight with execution.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth


Define and execute the long-term business strategy aligned to shareholder objectives
Drive national expansion and network growth across key regions
Identify and unlock new revenue streams and commercial opportunities


Operational & Commercial Leadership


Lead and optimise a multi-branch / franchise / distributed operating model
Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all regions
Implement scalable systems, processes, and performance frameworks


Financial Management


Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Ensure profitability, cost discipline, and sustainable returns
Track and report on key commercial and operational metrics


Stakeholder & Relationship Management


Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
Engage with franchisees / business partners to drive alignment and performance
Represent the business at industry level and in key commercial engagements


Governance, Risk & Compliance


Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements
Mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks
Maintain strong governance frameworks across the organisation


Leadership & Culture


Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing executive and national team
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration
Drive organisational alignment around strategic priorities


Key Requirements


Proven senior management & leadership experience
Strong background in operations and sales leadership, ideally in a multi-site or franchise environment
Demonstrated success in scaling and managing geographically distributed teams
Strong commercial, financial, and strategic capability
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills


Advantageous:


Experience within property, real estate, facilities management, franchising, retail, or a related sector
