Requirements for appointment
Be a Kenyan Citizen;
Served for a minimum period of five (5) years relevant administrative experience two (2) years of which in supervisory position;
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: - Public Administration, business Administration/Management, Social Sciences or its equivalent from a recognised university and
Masters degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of Public Administration and County Government operations; Ability to develop and implement administrative policies, systems and procedures;
Knowledge of performance management, budgeting and resource management;
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results and
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
