SmartCity Plc is recruiting to fill the position of: Chief Development Officer (Real Estates & Projects). The position is located in Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PMP) is an advantage with a minimum of 15 years progressive experience in real estate development, property development, or infrastructure delivery, including at least 7 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
