Interested candidates must possess at least, a good First Degree in Civil Engineering, registered with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) plus NYSC. He/she must have at least 12 years (or 9 years with Masters Degree) cognate work experience and should demonstrate good knowledge of computer.
