Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead its financial operations and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory to Executive Management
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment strategy
Ensure regulatory compliance and financial governance
Supervise Accounting, audit, tax functions
Develop financial risk management
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Must hold a recognized professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA or its equivalent).
Expert in financial reporting, tax regulation, and risk management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
