Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Graduate Trainee to join our finance team.
This role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to core accounting functions, financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers
Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Assist with data entry into accounting systems
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support payroll processing and expense tracking
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the finance department
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
