JOB SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight for the organization. The role ensures financial sustainability, profitability, compliance with statutory requirements, effective capital management, and sound corporate governance. The CFO serves as a key member of executive management, advising the CEO and Board on financial strategy, risk management, and long-term business planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven executive-level financial leadership experience.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and risk management.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and corporate governance awareness.
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and advanced Excel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification is mandatory:
ICAN / ACCA / ANAN (or equivalent international certification)
Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or Accounting) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing, financial services is an advantage.
Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
