Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with business objectives
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
Supervise finance and accounting teams, ensuring operational efficiency
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks
B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is required
Minimum of 10 - 15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Experience within construction, real estate, or engineering sectors is highly preferred
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
In-depth understanding of Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws
