Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple healthcare facilities or business locations. Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), Public Health, or related discipline is highly preferred.
