Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations across the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-industry operations, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the COO will translate corporate strategies into actionable operational goals, oversee internal operations, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives. To provide leadership ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities


⁠Oversee daily operations across departments.
⁠Lead specific projects as directed by the Managing Director, ensuring operational excellence and proper resource allocation.
⁠Translate business strategy into actionable operational goals and engage department heads to resolve operational challenges.
⁠Drive communication and coordination of operational objectives across all business units.
⁠Collaborate with the executive team on growth strategies, innovation initiatives, and risk management protocols.
⁠Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
⁠Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance across operational teams.
⁠Support the Managing Director in corporate planning, budgeting, policy implementation, and strategic decision-making.
⁠Provide overall leadership on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring organizational growth and profitability.


Requirements & Qualifications


⁠Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Engineering, Law or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
⁠Minimum 12 years' experience with at least five years in senior operational roles, with experience in real estate or banking or construction.
