Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading private security company.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, manage large-scale security operations, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee security operations across multiple client locations.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Lead manpower planning, deployment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, health and safety, and company requirements.
Manage operational risks, incident response, business continuity, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with executive management on business strategy, budgeting, and operational performance.
Prepare periodic operational and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminology, Law, Risk Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional security certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
Proven experience in private security, military, police, paramilitary, corporate security, or large-scale operations.
Strong leadership, operational planning, client management, and regulatory compliance experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
