Job Objective
Responsible for identifying and selling the company's healthcare services to target markets, increasing brand awareness, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans for the company's various business segments.
Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including creating engaging digital content.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and social media.
Conduct face-to-face business development meetings with physicians, practice managers, corporate organizations, and company executives.
Follow up with prospective clients and partners to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
Manage and implement strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's healthcare services.
Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, consultants, corporate organizations, and community leaders.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional certification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
3 - 4 years' experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
