Main Functions
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Office Assistant to support our office operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Role Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas
Dust and wipe office furniture and surfaces
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Ensure the environment is neat and hygienic at all times
Carry out cleaning duties early in the morning before office operations begin
Report cleaning supply needs or maintenance issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of Secondary school (SSCE)
Experience:
Proven experience in cleaning (office or commercial environment preferred)
Ability to read and write (must be literate)
Ability to work early morning shifts
Hardworking and dependable
Familiarity with basic office procedures
Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning tasks
Ability to handle daily cleaning, front desk, and errand duties.
