Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
Be a Citizen of Kenya;
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCE) Division IV or Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D (Plain) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Certificate in computer application skills;
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervising other staff under the officer;
Assigning work to other support staff personnel;
Developing duty roaster; and
Supervising cleanliness of offices and office environment.
