Vendor Coordination & Communication
Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates
Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with external stakeholders
Documentation & Compliance Support
Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness
Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently
Maintain organized, up-to-date records across systems
Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation
Client Support
Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations
Provide timely updates on progress, issues, and outstanding items
Escalate risks or delays proactively
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in any field
0 - 2 years' experience in administration, operations, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence handling phone and email communication professionally
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Reliable, consistent, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

This role follows EST working hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and requires availability during Kenyan public holidays in alignment with the client schedule.
