About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Manage client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide clients with accurate information about products and services.
Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Contribute to the achievement of client service goals and targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in client service, customer care, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
