We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Floor Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reconcile pharmacy supplies issued to clinical departments such as theatre, wards, and dressing rooms
Ensure consumables used during procedures are properly documented and linked to patient billing
Maintain departmental stock records and track usage of medical consumables
Verify issue vouchers and prevent unauthorized withdrawal of medical supplies
Conduct daily reconciliation of items issued, used, and remaining in stock
Prepare periodic inventory and financial reports for the Finance, Audit, and Clinical teams
Work closely with pharmacy, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure accountability and reduce revenue leakage
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 - 5 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:
Hospital accounting
Pharmacy inventory management
Procurement or supply chain management
Hospital billing and revenue management
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
