Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Client Service Officers to join our Festac showroom team.
Successful candidates will assist customers, promote construction materials, and contribute to business growth through excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers
Recommend suitable construction materials based on customer needs
Meet assigned targets and support showroom operations
Maintain proper arrangement of products within the showroom
Provide accurate information about products and pricing
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries
Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions
Support daily showroom activities and stock monitoring.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND qualification
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Knowledge of construction or building materials is an added advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Professional attitude and customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must reside in Festac or nearby areas.
