About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Lead to oversee our pharmaceutical projects from concept through to commercialisation.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure full regulatory compliance, all while driving innovation and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects across the full product lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical professionals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a leadership track record.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory frameworks, and GMP standards.
Hands-on laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N600,000 monthly (net).
