Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance requirements.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Supervise and support clinical department heads and multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices.
Monitor clinical performance through audits, data analysis, and key performance indicators.
Promote patient safety, risk management, and continuous professional development.
Collaborate with executive management to achieve the hospital's strategic goals.
Requirements
Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with current professional registration.
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty.
Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
