Key Responsibilities

Requirements


Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with current professional registration.
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty.
Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
