JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all waterproofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and work programs for assigned projects.
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and achieve targeted profitability.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on all project-related matters.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all waterproofing works meet required specifications and client expectations.
Ensure all project sites comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and promote a safe working environment.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational disruptions.
Review and approve material requisitions, work schedules, and site resource requirements.
Coordinate project close-out activities, including final inspections, snag rectification, handover, and submission of completion documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including site reports, material usage records, progress reports, and project correspondence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, project quality, and customer satisfaction.
Mentor, coach, and evaluate project team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
