Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical care including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Prescribe and administer treatment in accordance with approved clinical guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Refer patients appropriately and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and infection prevention protocols.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
Valid registration and practicing license with the Clinical Officers Council (COC).
Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.
