Commercial Finance Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability by providing financial insights into sales performance, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance across multiple business segments. Key Responsibilities Analyze revenue, ARPU, profitability, and customer acquisition costs. Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial deals. Build financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions. Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts. Prepare dashboards, management reports, and financial analysis. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights. Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to improve business performance. Support business intelligence initiatives and ensure data accuracy. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3 - 5 years\' experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar role. Experience in the Telecommunications, ISP, FTTH, or Infrastructure sector is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in: Advanced Microsoft Excel Power BI Financial Modelling Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
