This role is ideal for a commercially strategic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in clearing & forwarding, logistics sales, and revenue growth management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities
Managing strategic client accounts and commercial targets
Leading and developing the sales team
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-closing
Delivering market insights and commercial performance reporting
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics/shipping sales management
Proven success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
Deep understanding of clearing & forwarding operations
Salary: Ksh. 270,000
