Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical lessons in communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, schemes ofwork and training materials.
Supervise students' projects and industrial attachments.
Evaluate and assess students' competencies in communication skills.
Participate in curriculum development and implementation.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness and order in training areas.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English, Linguistics, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field from a recognized institution.
TVET Trainer Certificate (Pedagogy).
MUST be Registered as a Trainer with TVETA.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching or industrial experience.
