Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical lessons in social work and community development.
Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work and training materials in line with the curriculum.
Guide students in field-based practice, community engagement and social intervention activities..
Supervise students' practical activities, fieldwork projects and industrial attachments.
Maintain records of student fieldwork, community outreach activities and related reports.
Evaluate and assess students' competencies in social work practice.
Participate in curriculum development and implementation.
Maintain discipline, order and professionalism during sm duons tygg and field activities.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Social Work or a related field from a recognized institution.
Diploma in Technical Education or TVET Trainer Certificate (Pedagogy).
MUST be Registered as a Trainer with TVETA.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching or industrial experience.
Computer literate.
