Vodstra Limited - Our client, a reputable Public Limited Liability Company is recruiting to fill the position of: Company Secretary. The position is located in Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university with 810 years' post-call experience, with at least 5 years in a Company Secretary or Senior Legal Counsel role; a Master's Degree (LL.M., MBA, or related discipline) will be an added advantage. Candidate must be a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute of Nigeria (CGIN)/ICSAN will be an added advantage and must have valid practising licence.
