Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our business.
This role is best suited for a professional with a proven track record of managing operations within the electronics, consumer electronics, gadgets, or home appliances industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple business locations, improving productivity, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and after-sales operations, and leading high-performing teams.
This is a leadership role that requires someone who can make sound business decisions, solve operational challenges proactively, and deliver measurable business results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring seamless coordination across all branches and departments.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions to improve productivity.
Ensure effective utilization of company resources while maintaining high operational standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, product movement, and warehouse operations where applicable.
Ensure smooth coordination of sales, logistics, procurement, and after-sales support functions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coach and develop employees while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate workforce planning.
Promote a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
Business Strategy & Growth:
Work closely with management to execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Support the expansion of the business through effective operational planning.
Provide strategic recommendations based on operational data and business trends.
Financial & Administrative Management:
Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping across operational activities.
Customer Experience & Compliance:
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience across all branches.
Oversee customer complaint resolution and after-sales service processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and operational integrity.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Retail Operations, or Branch Management.
Candidates MUST have significant hands-on experience in the electronics, consumer electronics, gadgets, home appliances, or technology retail industry.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple operational functions, including inventory, logistics, customer service, and team leadership.
Proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving measurable business results.
Experience managing multiple branches or retail locations is a strong advantage.
