Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Associate or Fellow membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) required with 4 8 years of post-qualification experience in a Company Secretarial or corporate governance role, preferably within a CBN-regulated institution (bank, MFB, finance company, or insurance firm).
