Responsibilities
Process and manage compensation for multiple clients with accuracy and speed.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Handle deductions, levies, and related calculations.
Support clients with system navigation and compensation-related questions.
Prepare quarterly and yearÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂend reports.
Deliver professional, timely, and highÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂquality customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles (mandatory).
Advanced or strong English level.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problemÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂsolving skills.
Previous customer service experience.
A related degree or certification is a strong plus (Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, etc.).
