Summary
Java Construction is seeking 3 experienced Construction Foremen to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Allocate tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Monitor the quality and progress of construction works.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and other site personnel.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly utilized.
Ensure workers comply with site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or defects to the Site Engineer.
Ensure assigned work is completed within the required timeline.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Proven experience working on construction sites, preferably large-scale projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
Ability to supervise and manage a team of workers effectively.
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
