Interested candidates should possess an advanced university Degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Economics, Public Finance, Climate Change, Environmental Policy, Public Policy, Political Economy, International Development, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years' demonstrated experience conducting high-quality policy and applied research in public finance, debt management, climate change, climate finance, development economics, or related fields.
