Key Responsibilities
Digitize academic content (lecture notes, manuals, assessments, past papers) into interactive, SCORM-compliant resources for the LMS
Design interactive learning objects using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, H5P, and Articulate Storyline, integrated with Moodle
Apply AI tools in digitization workflows, including OCR, transcription, captioning, and metadata generation
Develop multimedia learning resources such as instructional videos, graphics, animations, quizzes, and simulations
Ensure digitized materials comply with quality standards, WCAG accessibility, copyright, and SCORM specifications
Participate in testing and quality assurance of digital learning platforms and AI-assisted workflows
Support academic staff in digitizing and publishing online resources and provide LMS technical support
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree (First Class or Upper Second preferred) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Educational Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an added advantage
Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, PHP or Python, Moodle/LMS, authoring tools (H5P, Articulate, Captivate), Git/GitHub, REST APIs, AI productivity tools, and basic multimedia editing
Analytical, detail-oriented, creative, a strong communicator, able to work independently under deadlines, eager to learn AI technologies, and of high integrity
Membership in a professional body (CSK, IEEE, ACM, ISACA, ICTA), participation in hackathons or open-source projects, and cloud/DevOps experience
Evidence of practical work via GitHub, portfolio website, web apps, LMS-deployed content, SCORM/H5P packages, or a multimedia portfolio.
