About the Role
At Crea8torium, we're building the number one ecosystem for creators in the world and content is the engine that makes everything run.
As our Content Manager, you'll own the creative and strategic direction of everything we put into the world from show clips to original social content to graphic design and video.
You'll work closely with the founders to translate vision into execution and lead the content team to bring it to life.
What You'll Do
Creative Direction: Work with the content team to establish the look, tone, and execution of all creative assets.
Content Strategy: Work with the content team to create an overarching digital strategy that meets Crea8torium's goals.
Team Management: Lead the content team, ensuring quality standards and timelines are being met.
Platform Growth: Track social media performance and adapt strategies to ensure consistent growth.
Copy Direction: Shape the copy that powers our content, guiding respective members of the content team.

Ensure Crea8torium's social platforms grow consistently with genuine creator engagement, while delivering world-class creative output that builds our brand equity across every format.
Requirements
The Kind Of Content Manager You Are:
Proven experience leading a content or creative team.
Strong background in content strategy, creative direction, or social media with a portfolio to prove this.
Proficient in the tools that power content operations and project management like Notion.
Based in Lagos.
