Job Purpose
Draft simple contracts based on the approvals issued by the Accounting Officer or Head of Procurement for works and services within the Financial Year (F/Y) and follow up on delivery of various goods, works and services whose service contracts have been executed within the period.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Draft simple contracts for goods, works and services and pass them for review / execution within the F/Y.
Distribute and track draft contracts forwarded to stakeholders for review and ensure they are distributed within the agreed timelines to users/providers within the period.
Maintain contractual records and documentation within the F/Y.
Ensure that signed contracts are forwarded to stakeholders for implementation within the specified period.
Ensure contract for goods, works and services are subjected to close-out, extensions, or renewal within the set timelines within the Financial Year.
Ensure contracts for goods, works and services crafted and forwarded for execution follow provisions of PPAD Act, 2015 and other regulations within the financial year.
Participate in Training and Development initiatives within the F/Y.
Participation in Bank's Social and Cooperate Responsibility (CSR) Activities within the F/Y.
Involvement in crafting and setting of performance target of the key responsibilities for self within the F/Y.
Management of personal leave within the F/Y.
Any other assigned roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in law, Supply Chain Management or in any business-related field
Diploma in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Work Experience
Five (5) years' post qualification experience in Supply Chain Management or contract and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA) related assignments.
