Job Description
Monitor and supervise daily operational activities to ensure complaince with company policies and procedures.
Implement and enforce internal control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.
Investigate operational issues, discrepancies, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare operational and control reports for management review.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and accurate reporting.
Idebtify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and incidents
Support management in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in opeeations, internal control, compliance or audit.
Strong knowledge of internal control principles and operational processes
Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Suiye, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
