Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Controls Coordinator / Administrator II to support business controls, compliance processes, records management, reporting, and administrative coordination within a project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Controls Integrity (CI) activities and promote controls awareness across teams.
Support compliance activities, including FCPA requirements, audits, access reviews, training registers, and representation letters.
Maintain controls documentation, KPI scorecards, irregularity logs, and monthly reports.
Coordinate Management & Protection of Information (MPI) inspections and reporting.
Manage records, document control systems, shared drives, retention schedules, and SharePoint administration.
Support contract administration activities, including purchase order monitoring, service requisitions, and vendor coordination.
Maintain controls calendars and coordinate key business activities.
Provide reporting and data management support using digital tools and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in information and records management, administration, compliance controls, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of document management systems, SharePoint, and records retention practices.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, charting, and pivot tables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher); knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multicultural team environment.
