Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor food supplies, handle grocery shopping or ingredient restocking, and ensure proper food storage, dating, and rotation (first-in, first-out). Equipment Maintenance: Keep all kitchen appliances, tools, and utensils clean and in good working condition.
