Responsibilities
Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of production operations and abiding by the company's recipe.
Ensure all products are up to company standard.
Assess the quality of and measuring the raw materials before cooking
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the production.
General Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 years' work experience.
Prior experience in the full capacity of a Cook, preferably in continental dishes.
Neat and coordinated.
Ability to follow the restaurant safety and health guidelines.
The candidate must reside in or in close proximity to their preferred location.
Ability to work under flexible arrangements.
